VA Software Signs New Asian Reseller for Singapore Market
CSS to Resell SourceForge Enterprise Edition in Singapore
FREMONT, Calif. September 4, 2002 VA Software Corporation (Nasdaq: LNUX), provider of the SourceForge[tm] Development Intelligence application, today announced an agreement designating Cybernet Software Systems Inc. (CSS) as an exclusive reseller in Singapore. As part of the agreement, CSS will market and resell licenses for SourceForge Enterprise Edition and provide support to companies developing software in Singapore.
Headquartered in San Jose, CSS is an IT solutions company with subsidiaries in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, UK and India. In addition, the CSS offshore software development center in Chennai, India provides offshore development support to a variety of industry leading corporations including Bank One, Citibank, Colgate Palmolive, Philips and Singapore Airlines.
